1,000 courses completed!

As you may know, since May 2023, Cerise+SPTF has launched new e-learning courses to introduce and train people in Client Protection and Social and Environmental Performance Management (SEPM).

On Monday, April 28, 2025, we reached a major milestone: more than 1,000 courses completed on our e-learning platform! We are delighted to see our community of learners grow, to see the increasing interest in our content, and to receive very positive feedback with an average satisfaction rate of 93%.

An Expanded Offer

📚 Today, our offering has expanded and now includes four pathways:

• Social and Environmental Performance Management
• Client Protection
• Environmental Performance Management (new Level 1!)
• Responsible Digital Financial Services (new introductory course!)

💡 Nearly 87% of completed courses are our introductory modules (Level 1) – free, accessible at any time, and designed to introduce our Universal Standards through videos, quizzes, and interactive content.

Courses Presentation

The courses are adapted to all profiles, hosted in English, Spanish, and French, and organized according to 3 levels:

• Level #1 GET STARTED offers introductory courses, free and self-paced, so the learners can get to know Cerise+SPTF standards and tools or update their knowledge. No prerequisite; app. 3 hours.
• Level #2 GO DEEPER offers 9 weeks of instructor-led, cohort-based courses with virtual classes, a forum, and scored assignments. Level #2 delivers a Training Certificate. Prerequisite: validation of level #1. Price: 800 Euros. Hosted on specific dates, stay informed through our mailing list.
• Level #3 GET QUALIFIED delivers personalized coaching to become a Qualified Auditor on SEPM or Client Protection and become a member of the SEPM Pros Network. Prerequisite: validation of Level #2.
